Web browser based applications

Amongst the new developments coming with the new API PRO Open.7 is the Web Browser based Job Request Portal allowing you to access the key functions of the work order requesting process from any computer. This browser based application enables users to enter new job requests into the API PRO system and then to follow the progress of their own requests.

The Job Requesting process is based on so called Web Services and we are now also ready to deliver Web Services for a number of other core business processes so that we can support the complete working process for external work force and other occasional users of API PRO.

The use of Web Services will also allow users to develop their own user interfaces to the API PRO solution, for example from their intranet or web applications.

Our concepts for interfacing to SAP and other ERP systems are flexible, open and reliable. API PRO gives you a high degree of freedom to be able use your company’s preferred interfacing techniques – for example by using Web Services or ODBC to access the data in the interface.
