One of the most important features in a Computerized Maintenance Management System is the reporting facility – that is, the means to get all the valuable data stored in the system, presented in a structured and easy to read form. To be able to present the information the user wants, API PRO provides several different reporting options:
Crystal Reports printouts
Printouts in the system, such as Job cards and Purchase Orders, can be printed using Crystal Reports design. In the Form Design Module a template is available for each printout.
Analysis reports The API PRO Analysis and Performance Module provides a wide range of pre-defined analysis reports for all maintenance related data. Different selection criterias and report options can be defined in order to extract the data and present it in the manner wanted. All reports are displayed graphically as Excel graphs.
