Michael Ries, CEO | For the last 20 years, Michael Ries has held different positions providing the industry with technical solutions. For six years he was working in ABB in Denmark and Switzerland with sales and project management of automation HW and SW systems. In 1996, he joined NKT Power Cables to work as EMEA Sales Manager within high voltage cable solutions. Since 2000, Michael Ries has been working with EAM software solutions in API Maintenance Systems A/S, initially as Sales Director and since 2002 as CEO. Michael Ries has a bachelor degree in power engineering. In recent years, further studying has made him a B.Com. |
Steen Damsgaard, VP Sales Support | Steen Damsgaard is the founder of API. He developed the first API System as an employee of SKF Danmark A/S during 1986. During the period 1989 until 2002 he was responsible for the API companies. From 2002 to 2007 he has been working mainly as an independent consultant in the Enterprise Asset Management area with customers like SAP among others. Steen Damsgaard returned to API Maintenance Systems in March 2007. He has experience from EAM implementations in almost any industry and has a strong focus on helping customers obtain clear measurable benefits by using the API PRO system. |
Frank Birk-Jensen, VP R&D | Frank Birk-Jensen has during the past 25 years worked with development of EAM systems, IT infrastructure and as a consultant with speciality in Quality Assurance and Maintenance Management. Frank has been with API Maintenance Systems since 1995, initially as a programmer and system consultant and since 2000 as R&D manager. During 2007 Frank has been living in Kiev in order to build up an offshore development team for API Maintenance Systems. |
